How a Move to Another City Works

Long-distance moves need more planning than a local shift. Your goods spend longer in transit, so packing, loading order and delivery timing matter more.

Before the move

We discuss your list of items, access at both buildings and your preferred dates, then share a quotation for your route.

Packing and loading

Furniture, appliances, kitchenware and fragile items are packed with bubble wrap, cartons, thermocol and, where needed, wooden crating, then loaded for transport.

Delivery and unloading

Goods are unloaded at your new address as agreed. Delivery timelines depend on the route and can be affected by traffic, weather and road restrictions.

Moving Checklist

• Fix your moving date and inform both housing societies
• Check lift booking and parking at both buildings
• Keep documents, jewellery and cash with you
• Defrost the fridge a day before packing
• Get your quotation confirmed in writing
